Dear Mr. Longmore:
      Thank you for your follow up letter regarding my recent purchase. Because I have been a Toyota owner for the past fourteen years, I know with certainty that I have purchased a high quality product with an excellent reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. What is never certain, however, is the quality of people who sell the products and the type of service they provide. I came back to Milham because fourteen years ago I had a positive experience purchasing my Corolla, and I was glad to see that the attitude and style of the staff had not changed.
     Purchasing an expensive product like a vehicle is never an easy experience for the consumer. Carl immediately established trust with me by helping me make sure that the vehicle I selected was appropriate for my physical needs, as I established that first and foremost this was a priority with me. I asked him numerous questions about the car, especially regarding the engine and the operation of the four wheel drive, even though I had done my research and knew many of the answers. He answered all my questions perfectly in a way that was simple to understand, demonstrating good knowledge about the product. This further established trust with me. He is intelligent, trustworthy, personable and highly motivated. This is the reason I decided to talk price with him and allow him to get my wheelchair out of the car, thereby placing myself in a vulnerable position. I didn't plan on doing that originally! He just made me feel comfortable that I could go ahead and get it all done.
     The car was a little bit over my budget, but not by much. I was deeply appreciative of the efforts of Andy to help me get a lower interest rate. Last time Toyota financial could not match the interest
rate I got from the credit union, so I was nicely surprised that Andy was able to do that this time. (He also knew my uncle, Pat Poloni, who was the manager at Halterman Toyota for a long time, and had some very nice things to say about him.) Andy's work saved me some money and made the car experience more affordable.
     And getting to meet a fellow Steeler fan was just icing on the cake. I loved your story about Lynn Swann! I am going to tell my students about it because I truly believe in the adage that "What goes
around, comes around." But seriously, I deeply appreciate the commitment you made to me to assist me with any mobility needs I may have when I bring my car in for servicing until I get my hips fixed.
Someone will have to get my wheelchair out of the car while i wait for the work to get done. You can count on me ringing you up when I make my appointment or before I come in for servicing.
    Thanks to everyone for making my experience not so scary andallowing me to trust in my fellow human beings!

I want you to know that you have people there that are doing much more than just getting the job done.  Kathy was my first contact via the internet and she stuck with me through about 20 whirlwind emails and even after she learned I lived 90 miles away.  I would have been an easy lead to blow off in my opinion.  Kathy convinced me that I had to come see the HOT car that was in the showroom, it was hard to imagine the White Mustang with Red leather, I agreed I had to see it.  I drove 90 Miles one way, with my Wife and 3 kids to meet Kathy and the Mustang.  Kathy had left early, but the Mustang and Nick Sisson were still there.
Nick had all the answers to my questions and wasn't bashful about adding his own life experiences about cars, people and life in general.  I appreciated his honesty greatly.  Nick was a no nonsense guy that made it a pleasure to drive 360 miles in 2 days, on Friday to see the car, then on Saturday to buy the car.  I would like to commend Milham for hiring the kind of people that made me want to drive out of my way in order to spend my money with them rather than with a much more convenient Dealer.
